Stephanie began practising yoga 30 years ago and has been teaching it for 20 years. She initially trained as an Integrative Yoga Therapist with Joseph Le Page, delighted to find a way to bring her medical knowledge and passion for yoga together. For the past 10 years she has been one of the organisers of Surya Yoga Camp, a family friendly, eco camp near Penryn in Cornwall
An award-winning aerialist, hula hooper and roller skater, Lisa has been in the world of circus since 2000. She regularly performs as a soloist, with one of her companies, The 2 Lisa’s or Bella Kinetica, or as part of large-scale shows all over the world. She has been seen on television, performed at festivals and in theatres, as well as corporate events, cruise ships, holiday resorts and more.
She is a multi-skilled and versatile performer, great to work with and beautiful to watch.
Since the year 2000 Lisa has been teaching a wide range of skills to all ages. Whilst at university Lisa dedicated her dissertation to the effects of community circus with youth at risk and this passion is still alive. Lisa teaches weekly aerial and hula hoop classes, community workshops in general circus skills, hen parties, aerial workshops and private/small group lessons. It is important to her that the next generation of circus performers are taught correct and safe methods and techniques, as well as the joy that comes from learning new tricks and the thrill of achieving difficult skills.
“Hi ! I’m Bruce Townsley. I joined Swamp as a student in 2006 and did my first set of Big Top shows that summer around Cornwall which led to becoming a teacher, performer and member of the production crew. Since then I have successfully completed 10 years of touring seasons on and off and what a wild ride it has been!
We have done shows, workshops and put on event’s around the entire of the U.K., Scotland, Wales and France.
I specialise in Diabolo’s, Ball’s and Club’s and have been juggling and studying them as a prop manipulator for around 16 years.
I have attended and trained at numerous British Juggling Convention’s over the years and also attended the European juggling convention 2019. I have also trained in professional masterclasses with some of the best jugglers in the world including Wes Peden and Jay Gilligan.
I look forward to meeting you!”
